Where we work
We are a stucco and plastering contractor based on San Jose Ave, and from that shop we cover the South Bay, the Peninsula and parts of the East Bay. Santa Clara County is the core of the work, San Mateo County is regular, and the East Bay is where we travel for larger exterior and multifamily jobs.
If your city is not on the list below, call and ask. The answer depends on the size of the job more than on the distance.

Permits and requirements vary by city
Every jurisdiction handles permits and engineering differently, and what is required in one city is not automatically required in the next. We confirm requirements with your local building department before quoting rather than assuming them from another job.
On multifamily work that matters more, because structural items like hold downs and shear walls are common and the review process is not uniform across the region.
